Terms & Conditions
All of HAHA’s orders are usually sent out within 4 - 5 business days. Estimated shipping time within the EU is 5 - 7 days, for orders outside EU estimated shipping time is 6 - 16 days. Orders will be shipped to the address given at check out. Shipping fee is not included.
Delivery and stock items
All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as possible after your placed order. If your requested item is in stock it will ship within 4 - 5 business days. If the item requested is not in stock we will notify you via email with an approximate date for shipping.
We at HAHA value your satisfaction and we realise that it is sometimes necessary to return items due to size, colour or other reasons. Below you can find our return policy:
1. Return for full refund
Items may be returned within 15 days upon receipt for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase however, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for shipment and pay the cost of such shipment. Please be aware that receipt of a full refund expires after 15 days of the customer receiving the item. Please note that all items must be returned in unused condition. All shipments must be traceable via tracking number. You will get fully refunded for your purchase.
2. Damaged products
We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise. However, we will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. To return a damaged item please document with photo & text, and file your claim within 2 days after receiving the item by contacting HAHA at email@example.com to notify us of the situation. HAHA will stand for shipping back damaged goods.
3. Cancel orders
All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as possible, if your requested item is in stock it will ship within 4 - 5 business days. If the item requested is not in stock we will notify you via email with a approximate shipping date. We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped no extra cost will be issued.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Refund Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
