Terms & Conditions


Shipping:

All of HAHA’s orders are usually sent out within 4 - 5 business days. Estimated shipping time within the EU is 5 - 7 days, for orders outside EU estimated shipping time is 6 - 16 days. Orders will be shipped to the address given at check out. Shipping fee is not included. 

Delivery and Stock items:

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as possible after your placed order. If your requested item is in stock it will ship within 4 - 5 business days. If the item requested is not in stock we will notify you via email with an approximate date for shipping. Out of stock items will normally be delivered within 4 - 8 weeks.       

Manufacturing:

HAHA’s products are individually handmade and hand constructed and as such they are subject to minor variations. Every effort is made to ensure there is minimal construction, colour and size variation however some variation can be expected, which are not considered manufacturing faults.    

Warranty:

The Company does not provide a warranty on the products, however manufacturing faults do occur and the product will be replaced if it does fall outside the manufacturing variations as noted above.

 

Return Policy


We at HAHA value your satisfaction and we realise that it is sometimes necessary to return items due to size, colour or other reasons. Below you can find our return policy:

Return for full refund: 

Items may be returned within 14 days upon receipt for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, HAHA will gladly send a Return Merchandise Authorization document upon request however, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for shipment and pay the cost of such shipment. Please be aware that receipt of a full refund expires after 14 days of the customer receiving the item.

Damaged products:

Please note that all items must be returned in unused condition. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise. However, we will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. To return a damaged item please document with photo & text, and file your claim within 48 hours after receiving the item by contacting HAHA at shop@hahasthlm.com to notify us of the situation.

To return products:

You MUST have a valid Return Authorisation Number in order to return any merchandise. You can request a Return Authorisation Number via email at shop@hahasthlm.com. After your return authorisation has been approved and sent, you may ship the product back to HAHA, Hangövgen 18, 115 41 Stockholm, Sweden. All shipments must be traceable via tracking number. Once we have received your merchandise back in unused condition, we will credit you in the original method of payment which can be verified, in most cases, within 3 - 5 business days.

Cancel orders:

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as possible, if your requested item is in stock it will ship within 4 - 5 business days. If the item requested is not in stock we will notify you via email with a approximate shipping date. We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped no extra cost will be issued.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Refund Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
